ORDERING AND CUSTOMIZATION - HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER

All orders are placed by contacting us directly. Each item is handcrafted fresh to order, so we’ll confirm your details, event date, and any customization before production begins.

Do you offer custom favors for weddings, showers and special events?

Yes — custom favors are our specialty. We create elegant, handcrafted chocolates tailored to your theme, colors, and presentation style. We also offer full Venetian chocolate tables for weddings and celebrations.

How far in advance should I order?

For standard items, we recommend 5–7 days.

For custom favors or large events, 3–6 weeks is ideal so we can design, sample, and perfect your order.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping - Do you have a retail storefront?

We operate as an online boutique chocolate studio. All chocolates are prepared in our private production kitchen, and visits are by appointment only.

Where do I pick up my order?

Local pickup is available in North Plainfield, NJ. Pickup details are provided once your order is confirmed.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — local delivery is available for an additional fee. For large events, we also offer on‑site setup of chocolate tables.

Do you ship?

At this time, we ship select items within the continental U.S. Weather‑sensitive items may require insulated packaging. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY DIPPED FRESH FRUIT. LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY.

Always. Every order is handcrafted in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and flavor.

Do you accommodate allergies?

The chocolate we purchase is produced in mixed use facilities and does come in contact with nut products and oils. If you have a severe allergy or questions and concerns, please contact us before ordering.
